Diego Honorio

Founder & Lead Educator

Diego is an English educator with over a decade of experience helping adults communicate with confidence and clarity.

Certified with the CELTA from Cambridge University and holding a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis, he brings a unique perspective to language learning: understanding not only how people learn, but why they struggle and what helps them move forward.

This approach allows Diego to create classes that go beyond grammar, focusing on confidence, real communication, and meaningful progress. As the founder of Fluent English Academy, he designs personalized learning experiences that combine structure, conversation, and real-world use.

His mission is simple: to help adults feel comfortable using English and open new opportunities through communication.

Thaís Mondini

ESL Teacher

Thais is a highly qualified and dedicated educator who brings both expertise and passion to the classroom.

With a degree in Languages, an MBA in School Management, and experience as a research fellow, she combines academic knowledge with practical leadership skills to create meaningful learning experiences.

Thais is known for building positive, engaging classrooms where every student feels supported. She has a talent for adapting lessons to diverse needs and making complex concepts clear and accessible. Organized, efficient, and deeply committed, she ensures her students not only learn but thrive.
